Ingredients:

All organic infusion of Oatstraw Avena sativa, Balm Melissa officinalis, Chamomile Matricaria recutita, Lavender Lavender Angustifolia.* Lemon Balm should not be taken in an excessive amount with hypothyroidism.

How To use:

Add 1 teaspoon to a cup of hot water. Infuse for 10 minutes strain and enjoy.
