Return Policy

Standard Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging with tags
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damages & Issues

We take great care in packaging our products, but if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please inspect it immediately and contact us at hello@kimology.shop. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:
🚫 Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
🚫 Custom or personalised items
🚫 Personal care products (e.g., beauty items)
🚫 Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return your existing purchase first. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order separately.

EU 14-Day Right to Cancel

If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return your purchase for any reason, without justification. The item must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with tags
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
