Day Chai Cacao With Lion's Mane

We only use natural cacao powder made with raw beans: Most cacao powder on the market is alkalised or dutch cacao, meaning the cacao has gone through an additional processes to alter the pH levels of the cacao and make the taste more ‘neutral’. In addition, the beans are usually roasted to very high temperatures. In doing so however, the product is more processed.

Cacao powder from raw beans,* Lucuma powder,* Cardamom,* Cinnamon,* Lion's mane mushroom extract (360mg per cup),* Ginger,* Himalayan pink salt

Use two teaspoons in a cup of warm milk of your choice. personally I like good old cows milk.Stir!
