Our premium Breathwork Mat is shipped separately from Morocco, where it is carefully handcrafted, while all other products in our shop are shipped from Ireland.
The shipping rate includes our handling fee; however, any customs or duties taxes will be the buyer’s responsibility. As these charges vary by country, we are unable to predict the exact amount.
Please note that the breathwork mat may take a bit longer to arrive due to international shipping.

The Journey & Intention
As a mother of seven-year-old triplets and an eleven-year-old son, I always knew I’d create something meaningful from my own parenting experience. Breathwork became my lifeline—a practice that transformed my mental well-being. When I discovered The Reconnected, I was hooked.
Then, during a breathwork session, the idea for a breathwork mat came to me—completely unexpected but undeniably right. At the same time, I was chatting with Umnia Studio about designing a rug, and within weeks, a breathwork mat sample was in the works.
I’ve always wanted to build something with purpose—not just for myself, but to give back. This mat isn’t just about comfort; it’s about supporting individuals and empowering facilitators, making retreats and sessions easier and more intentional.

When tightly rolled up, the Kimology Breathwork Mat is easy to carry, transport, and store. It comes with straps and a handle, making it effortless for facilitators to move between venues. It’s also compact enough to throw in the back of your car for convenience.
Is the mat thick enough to provide comfort but firm enough to hold its shape?
Yes! The Kimology Breathwork Mat is quilted, which allows it to maintain its shape and cushioning over time. Unlike a flat yoga mat, it offers a soft, cushiony feel that provides comfort while still offering support for long breathwork sessions.
How do I clean and maintain the mat?
The mat comes with a removable, washable cover, which can be washed after every client or at the end of a day of sessions. To extend its longevity, you can lay it on top of fabric or place a towel over the mat. If washing between clients isn’t possible, clients may enjoy bringing their own towel or blanket for a more personal touch.
The quilted mattress itself can only be spot-cleaned, so regular use of the washable cover is recommended to keep it fresh.

Absolutely! The mat has been tested by both men and women of different sizes. In fact, its length was slightly extended after testing with a very tall person, ensuring that it accommodates a wide range of body types.

Will the wool inside the mat feel itchy or too warm?
Not at all! The mat is stuffed with a blend of recycled cotton and wool, and the outer cover is soft, breathable cotton, so your skin won’t be in direct contact with the wool. Wool is naturally temperature-regulating, meaning it helps keep you comfortable in all seasons. However, In very hot climates, or during sessions where sweating is expected, you may prefer to lay a towel over the mat for added comfort and easy cleanup, keeping the mat fresh between washes.
Is the mat only for breathwork, or can it be used for other practices.
While designed specifically for breathwork and relaxation, the mat can also be used for meditation, sound healing, or any practice/guided journey where you want extra comfort and support while lying down. Some facilitators even use it as a portable floor cushion for seated circles and ceremonies.
