Can I take you on a guided trip?

Reflecting on my journey to this point has been such a powerful exercise—something we often forget to do! I’d love to take you along for the ride! What a trip it has been.

 After months of looking at fabric samples, colors, talking stuffing and sustainability, getting feedback from my business community and investing in business retreats and online marketing courses, a sample was made up by Umnia Studios in Morocco (who I am very grateful to for entertaining my idea!) and sent all the way to me in Dublin and then to Australia to be tested out. Once our first sample was made, it was time to create 2.0 and further refine the breathwork mat experience. This time, made from 100% cotton, filled with recycled wool and cotton, handmade with a removable cover and straps for easy storage and carrying, we were ready to rock and roll on number two.

These new mat samples traveled all around the world to be sent to me in Bali (though sadly missing my retreat, I still feel they were there in spirit, touched and blessed by Bali’s magic), made their way back to Dublin, and are now embarking on their very first breathwork journeys. I’m so grateful to breathwork facilitator Ciara Lacey (One of the first Rebirthing Breathworker teachers in Ireland), who has been testing them out with clients, and now they are being explored by various other people and modalities..
